This is a picture from last year when we went to Thorpe Park as a rather sizeable party. There was about.. 11 of us now come to think. It was definitely an odd number because one person was ways left to their own devices with a stranger. If you couldn't guess from the picture - we are at Burger King. And the things for children always get more fun when you're older because they look tiny on an adult and all the more comical.

Sauce Pam
Day 272
His picture was taken after we had just done some cooking - it was really good by the way. Tagliatelle with pork mince, pancetta, chorizo and spring onions. Very good. We were messing around afterwards and this picture was taken obviously. Then someone on Facebook pointed out that the saucepan had a happy face on it.. Never really noticed before.

Guava
Day 271
A new flavour of lucazade has been released; I am presuming mainly because the world cup is being hosted by Brazil. The flavour is guava which I have no idea as to what it is.. How to tastes or if I'm honest - how it looks. It was quite nice; I think it'd taste a lot better if it was super chilled though. Who knows?

Dipper
Day 269
Bit of a blast from the past - a sweet from my and most likely many others childhood. We came across a load of these old sweets in Tesco a while back and couldn't help but grab some!
Raccoon?
Day 268
Completely blanked on a picture today. So here's a cat being carried by a raccoon. Internet and stuff.

Rabbits
Day 267
This seems to be the new idea from Cadbury's - applying some sort of which chocolate design onto a regular bar. They did this at Christmas in the shape of Christmas trees and now at easer with rabbits. It doesn't work so well this time round as there's not too much white chocolate so you don't really notice he difference unless you eat it seperately. Not bothered though - it's on offer for £1 and it's still dairy milk!

Book
Day 265
I am planning to order this book.. £20 of lovely hard bark knowledge. The artwork is amazing and it's probably the main reason I want it. With the original Dark Souls I managed to get the collectors edition cheap second hand which came with an artworks book. I was tempted to get the collectors edition again this time round but it was £75.. Which came with a little statue.. As nice as that would have been, I can do without.

Banded
Day 265
I like to do a little bit for charity when I can. As you can seek have a small collection of wristbands building up, the most recent addition will be the black one which is Sports Relief 2014. I know they're only £1 but it's much better than nothing at all. It took me three attempts to get the picture as it's pitch black in here at the moment!

A Long Way Down
Day 264
Although this film has a rather morbid theme to it.. It was rather lovely to watch. A great mix of uplifting themes mixed with real down to earth things that'll make you think.

Nibbles
Day 263
I was scrolling through my pictures and I find a video of the last bunny that we had. The little blind one which I'm pretty sure I'd have mentioned at one point or another.. He did like to nibble an apple though. He would get round the entire thing quicker than a lot of people I'm pretty sure.

Pacman
Day 262
Another shirt which took my interest today. Pacman and friends doing the Abbey Road crossing. It's pretty clever if you ask me but I must not as I can never seem to get the picture to take the right way around..

States
Day 261
As me and Amy are planning to go to America this year; upon seeing this shirt I just felt compelled to buy. It's from Asda and it's nice and comfy. Some of the words are fluffy which you might be able to see on from the picture but yeah.

Huge
Day 260
So on the way to Thorpe Park, a large portion of the motorway was under road works.. As it would appear to have been for the last year. Anyway, after we got past that.. The traffic really didn't pick up at all. Turns out it was because they were moving a huge thing. Thing is all I can think of because I don't know what it was. It had police transports.. It was being moved by multiple vehicles.. Two entire lanes as well. Just crazy stuff. I managed to miss the actual thing but I got the transport vehicle.

Members Day
Went to Thorpe park today. They did a pass holders weekend and being a pass holder thought I would join in - honestly very glad I that I did.
It was open between 10-5 and we got there at about half 10; the car park was only about half full. The best thing about today was the queue times - the longest time we had to wait was about 20 minutes for Storm Surge. We chose to wait that long as we had just eaten and thought it'd be best to let it all settle.
On average the queue times throughout the day were 5-10 minutes. That's it. We went on a lot of rides multiple times such as Swarm which was also free to go on backwards. Usually; I thinks it's £6 to go backwards. It was a shame as some rides were not working but I guess they ran into problems yesterday..
Saw.. The queue was so short they said just climb over the chain to go back on it again. I only went on it once because I hate it; I had to have my eyes closed the entire way around otherwise my stomach would just jump around in me. Doesn't make me feel good. Amy and Tate went on 3 times in a row but why not? Pass holder days are awesome.
Courtesy of a Mr Tate. An action shot of Tidal Wave hitting the water - just incase you couldn't tell. Tate was making use of his phones camera which takes loads of photos by holding the button. He managed to catch a double rainbow and the flames from Swarm. We didn't actually go on Tidal Wave.. But we didn't fancy getting that wet.
Fixing
Day 258
So my watch broke yesterday night. I was just taking it off and the little clip just snapped! It took my quite by surprise but luckily jf was in guarantee so.. It was just a case of taking it and they got it all sorted for me.

Day 257
This is probably the game I've anticipated the most this year. And now it's all shiny and new and out!

Card
Day 256
Feels like I haven't used this card in a long time. Mainly because I haven't - a lot of the theme parks are closed for the winter but Thorpe park.. And I'm assuming some others are doing a pass holders weekend. I think it's sort of just to make sure everything working; train some of the new people and a little extra perk for card holders. It'll be awesome.

9oz
Fancied going out for dinner today and we went to the Fayre and Square in Larkfield as they have a new menu. It's a very good menu I will have you know.
They way they've done it is.. Basically no matter what you buy it'll be on offer with something else; this means you're constantly saving little bits of money here and there. Two we had a two course meal with a side for under £25 which I think you'll agree is pretty good.
I like how it's all set up also as you can walk in and pick a table; order at your own leisure. I was opting to have a 16oz gammon steak but unfortunately.. They were all out. I went for the 9oz instead which was still pretty dam big. Also amazing. Yes. Definitely amazing. I only just managed to finish it so maybe the 16oz wouldn't have been the best idea.. But I'm sure I could've found room for it.
Kinder Eggs can be awesome or a bit.. Disappointing. I always remember this from when I was little; you'd never know what you were going to get. Me and Amy got some as they were on offer for Easter and we've had a mix of odd paint brushes to wind up cars or elastic band powered ones. The most recent addition is this little fella here. I like that it came with a backdrop because it's the little things like that which make it interesting.

Little Kiss
Friday we went to Chimichanga which is always lovely. I've never really noticed how odd the room design was until this outing but.. Anyway. Had our starters, nachos and chorizo potato skins. And then.. We waited - for a little longer than you would expect. Amy ended up asking when our food was coming because a lot of people that came after us were deciding the mains before us. We were two hungry people late on a Friday night. They then have us a free drink which was much appreciated but not what we were after! Always feel awkward when that happens because then they feel like they have to apologize and wait on your table a lot more.. No. We just wanted to know when our food was coming!
We tried to feed the ducks today. Tried being the operative word because when we went the first time there were only 2 ducks. The rest of their birds didn't seem to interested in the bread either.. So we came back later on when it was pretty dark so we weren't too sure if any of the birds were interested again. We couldn't see the rats either but I'm pretty sure they were there. We ended up seeing how far we could frisbee the bread - I tell you what. Bread flies pretty darn well.
Saw these for half price and thought they would be quite tasty. Correct. They are very nice, cookie and cream flavour which is always a food choice; generally makes me think of Oreos for whatever reason. I remember trying one of the bars of chocolate of the same flavour from the little American sweet shop in The Mall in Maidstone.. This is more conveniently sized. It's also fun offering people a kiss and watching them worry.

Full?
So I have been playing the South Park game today and it is actually really surprising. It's been done really well and the game mechanics all fit together nicely.. It's like a full on RPG like Final Fantasy and I am very glad to have picked it up. Plus it's just darn hilarious!
Day 251
There's a first for everything - such as my car saying it's full on petrol. I'm pretty sure.. That's a lie.

The Stick
Day 250
New South Park game! It's going to be awesome because the creators honestly don't care and quite literally get away with way to much stuff.. Especially in the TV series. But that's what makes it unique - not caring.. And now it's the weekend so anon and fair well.

Day 249
Yeah.. Knackered.. Tired.. Pass out..
Nothing more appealing than complete darkness at times like these.

Vanilla Crème
Day 248
When me and Amy went to Bluewater on my first outing to find a suit.. Amy managed to find a candle in Next of all of place. Amy does like a candle and she really liked the smell of this one so she bought it. Naturally. It's a subtle pleasent smell, the candle burns quite nicely as well. The shape of it sort means the corners don't melt too much.. Still nice though.

P's and Z's
So today I went straight from work to Pizza Hut. More free salad - free stuff is always wonderful. I must also say that it was one of the best pizzas we've had from there, looked lovely and tasted even better. I would also say that the service with most definitely excellent. Pizza Hut always has a little survey on the receipt that you can do; at the moment they have a special offer on. If you fill that it on a smart phone whilst in the restaurant, you get a free unlimited ice cream thingy. Needless to say we lapped that up without question. Toffee sauce and crispy choccy biscuit things. Like little toffee crisps. Happy days.
Good lord this game looked amazing when I saw it advertised on the Xbox dashboard.. And it is. Didn't play it too much today as it was late and what not but it looks really thought out especially as it was developed from an iOS game. To go from a single player to complete multiplayer was a bold step which they currently appear to have pulled off wonderfully. I also thoroughly enjoy the fact that it is taking the Micky out of Call of Duty.

Three Piece
I had a steak today. My first steak. It was interesting. I went medium rare because anything less than that.. I may as well up and bite a cow myself. I had it as part of a platter so I had a gammon steak, sausage and chicken breast with it. This was just incase I didn't like steak - wouldn't have wanted to waste money on something I had no idea about. We went to a Harvester for a friends birthday and it was all in all very good; just a very odd slipper floor..
This is my new suit. It's super awesome and comfy and that's the most accurate description of it. Only downside is that it's dry clean only.. Just not as convenient is all. I really wanted a three piece suit just for that little bit extra on occasion; even if I don't use the waistcoat much it's nice to have.

CSI Teddy
I was looking back through my blog today; and I was also discussing it with a friend. It started out as a nice little project and it still is - it's something nice to do every day. Plus it acts as like a visual diary so in the future I'll be able to look back at this and remember. I'll remember today better than if I just closed my eyes and tried to think real hard. I also felt a bit guilty looking back through as I used to post things.. Possibly a thousand words long. Now all I seem to do is share a picture. I think I should start putting my thoughts down again, sharing and being more proactive with this.
So.. What's been going on with me recently? A month ago I started a new job with KCC as a computer engineer. I am really enjoying it and I get to wear a suit everyday - added bonus. I like suits.
So let's go with this weekend. Saturday, me Amy and a Mr Tate, we went to the Ashford Outlet centre - I really wanted to find a new suit. The one I have at the moment is fine, it's from Primark and came to under £50 so it was a bargain to be fair. But I was looking for something a little fancier, and apparently your general clothes shops don't cater for a larger man. I originally looked in Bluewater with no success. I went to Next which had a suit section the size of the downstairs of my house - they only had one suit which was regular fit, the rest were tailored or slim/skinny fit which is fine unless you have broad shoulders. Like me. So, we had a little wonder around, looked in some of the shops. No luck. Not until we got to Moss anyway. I asked one of the guys in there who measured my sizes etc. and the first suit I tried for lovely. I won't divulge numbers but it was good enough for me.
I also bought my first pair of Levi's. I have never experienced so much comfort from a pair of jeans! They're so stretchy.. It's confused me because I am very used to beig restricted and rather uncomfortable quite frankly wearing jeans. By the way.. If you're planning to go to Ashford look on the website first - they have this card you can sign up for first so you get 10% off on the day in some of the shops on top of all the other discounts. Fabulous eh?
Zizzi's for lunch in Sevenoaks as Amy had a £20 voucher. Turns out Tesco's are being awesome with what you can do with your money off vouchers - for example £2.50 with them is £10 at a restaurant. Or a cinema ticket. Or money off to a day out. Whenever I go to Zizzi's, I know I'm going to have something nice but I can never remember what I like - all of the names look the same. If it has chicken and mushrooms though, I'm generally on board.
Now.. I can't promise something big like this all the time. I would like to at least do something that's vaguely more interesting than a random picture. Getting closer to the year mark with that though.. Not sure if I'll carry on or change theme.. We'll see closer to the time I guess. Thanks for reading if you made it this far.
My sister had a dog, naturally this dog will appear at our house every now and then. We like to buy toys for her to generally rip to pieces and this is her most recent victim. It was a sad scene to walk in on and it's kind of looked like a teddy crime scene. This one has lasted a lot longer than the others, probably a lot more stuffing to remove.. Usually she can empty a teddy of its inards pretty quickly.

Mmm
Day 244
Look at them. What that is.. Is pitta breads with tomato purée, cheddar as mozzarella cheese, red onion and sweet chilli chicken. All baked under a grill for a couple of minutes. Just.. Yeah. Make them. Try with peppers.. Mushrooms.. And meat.. Yeah.
