Stitch

Day 410
So we totally went to Disney World today. The place has so much car parking it is ridiculous. Like.. I wouldn't be surprised if there were about 10,000 spaces. Then again, this is shared between many different parks like the kingdom and Epcot and stuff.

We went to the kingdom first and it was crazy. Everything is built just for Disney, it's the type of thing you see in a picture and don't quite believe until you're there. There were the Disney characters and the castle and the rides and the shops and ahhhh everything else. We didn't go on too many rides as they are mainly for children. Space Mountain was pretty cool, it was like X No away out when it was still in the dark at Thorpe Park.

That took the first half of the day up. We then decided to go to Epcot which is like this awesome place with loads of awesome stuff. They have this world tourer area with sections set up for different countries from around the globe. We were excited to.. 'Go home' but it was funny to see what they thought of us. They had set up an old style village like from the 1700's. If you work there, you actually have to be from the country so there were some proper English folk. The Japanese area was by far the busiest with an amazing shop with mange stuff, pottery and figures.

There was a lot of science stuff there as well. Like how buildings hold up against hurricanes. There was a little Nemo are where you go around in a clam looking at Nemo characters and then you end up next to this ginormous fish tank. There were dolphins.

There's also a ride by Siemens which takes place in the big golf ball looking thing which Epcot is probably best known for. It is a walk through history to show how we have ended up with the tech we have today. The models of people are really realistic, they move and talk and all sorts.

We also bought ourselves a little present. Amy bought a pillow Pluto. It is like a large square pillow that folds.. But it's Pluto. Someone will know what I am on about. I bought this, Stitch. There were only 2 in the shop so I was happy to get one - he's my favourite!
