Good weekend end to you, person. Fancy sending an email? I quite fancy receiving one at this address:

I have been doing a lot of reading over the weekend, looking at Norse mythology as I have mentioned before, I like all that stuff personally so I thought I would share some stuff like I did with the Year Walk for the Swedish Folklore. Norse is quite well known anyway, being Thor and that area of things.. Just people thing Thor from the avengers is the same as this and I don't think it is at the moment, just the idea. We'll see. I was then thinking about exploring some lesser known mythology, I know there is a wealth of knowledge out there so why not tap into it? I'm sure there are some interesting ones around Africa as a continent and also Mexico. I can't spell the thing I am thinking of at the moment - chupacarbra? Pfft. We'll find out I'm sure.
Saturday night TV, currently feel it is better than Saturday night out in town - it's warmer, easier and drunk free. I was looking forward to Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway as they had tricked Steven Molherne (90% sure that spelling is wrong) in a live stage show. It was rather funny I must admit. We also gave You're Back In The Room a try, as it was featured on Gogglebox so we wanted to see what it was about. I really enjoyed it - quite a bit. For those of you who don't know, it is basically a game show where people are asked to do simple things for money - under hypnosis. I have
never understood it but can only believe it is true. The main reason I say that is because these people had a chance to win £5,000 each - and I don't think they would pretend to be silly on TV to optimally get less than that. My opinion anyway - give it a try!

This weekend has gone pretty quick I think, I don't know why. Just feels like it hasn't been that long since Friday. It was strange today because.. We both woke up at 4am for no apparent reason.. I had this sub conscious hum that I had left something on charge so I went to turn that off but then after that.. We couldn't sleep again so we ended up being awake for a while before waking up around midday. Can't explain it, just that random time for us to both stop being unconscious.
Pictures!
We had some left over bread we went to the duck pond back home to feed them. Haven't been there in ages and it appears to have changed quite a lot in all honesty..
There were of course the ducks and also an.. Unwelcome visitor? You could say? It was a rat basically - we knew there were water rats as we had seen them before and then one turned up. He was pretty big and Amy kept telling me off for feeding him.. I say him like I know. He ended up sitting underneath me whilst I was ripping the bread up to grab all the crumbs which just says to me that he is a clever little thing. He did try to start climbing up to where we were so I stamped to scare him - and some of the birds away accidentally. I don't want him biting ankles, don't know what could go down!
Now.. Picture time!
Day 628
We also got this today, and have now watched it. We watched Catching Fire on Friday and we knew this one was out and we hadn't seen it so.. Tada!
I don't think I liked it as much as the other two but I think like what they do these days with others - set the scene in part one and then all the rest of the action spills out in part two. I can never tell if this is to fully explore every aspect of the book - or if it is just to maximise how much money they can get out of it.. I know it'll cost a lot in production costs but the box office sales, DVD/Bluray release and all the other merch, I can't help but think it is for the money.
It was quite strange watching as one of the characters in the film passed away a while back and now he is alive in this and it is sad, because he was very good, Phillip Seymour Hoffman. I know one day, many of the films we will watch, the people will be no longer with us, but at the moment as the majority still are, it doesn't seem so outlandish. I guess?
I shall leave it there, plenty of time for it to upload and for me too share before midnight! Go me.
Blog you later!
