So Amy made some cupcakes this weekend. We all ate some and gifted the rest to a friend as a birthday gift.. And he's lucky because they were really quite tasty. A light fluffy cupcake mix with a hint of vanilla with thick lemon frosting with lemon crunchy bits and crunchy heart. I helped a little bit mainly by popping the frosting onto the cake and then cleaning stuff.. Amy baked and Tate helped her decorate by spreading the frosting.. All be it my influence was minimal - there's a little bit of my effort in them. Good to know.
