Is He Meant To Be There?

First things first, managed to get the video uploaded to YouTube, it only took 88 minutes opposed to the crazy 11,800 it previously stated.. I would recommended using the little YouTube icon to watch it in a better size should you so choose.

So, today was remembrance day, and I assumed that it would be a pretty much widespread thing that everyone would observe the two minutes silence. I was quite shocked with the statistic on the news came on to say that 40% of people wouldn't according to a poll. I found that quite surprising but I guess we live in such a busy time that some people won't stop, not out of disrespect but because they can't or are told not to.

The parades on Sunday were wonderful, a great show of respect. It was interesting to see all the different regiments and parts of the army that you don't always hear about. Yet what did the media focus on, the fact that a political leader didn't put down the wreath correctly. And then that he stuck around at the end to watch the rest of the service. Who cares that he did, there were literally thousands of other people there - and the day was about remembering all those that were lost to get us to where we are today. Why wasn't the news focusing on the turn out, on the veterans? It just really leads you to believe that the media is corrupt because this would clearly look like publicity for for the dude. I know his name, but I don't want to associate it to my blog. Ha.

I feel like this picture of Gracey could quite easily become a meme. Like.. I found your browser history..

Or you closed my pictures of cats. I am pretty sure if cats could use the internet they would just look at other cats.

So, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. You know what that means? More questions! You must have been looking forward to it this..
  1. Blowing up Harry's Aunt is considered using magic, but practicing an extreme spell - such as Lumos Maximos - is not. How comes?
  2. How does magic work exactly? The start of the film shows a number of wizards using magic with a wand by just thinking, so why are there specific spells with words and wands?
  3. When did Slytherin house's table move? First two years they were over at the side but as soon as Draco needs to mock Harry, he is right next to him.
  4. Hermione clearly has the time turner around her neck in a lot of the shots, and they don't say anything!
  5. Why is a dangerous animal allowed to be so close to students? I mean, I have said child welfare is clearly an issue here but come on!
  6. Lupin is 'sick' so why don't I pick a subject which gives away exactly why he isn't sick? Great idea Snape.
  7. If there are dementors knocking around the place, surely it would make sense to teach anyone who was capable to cast a patronus?
  8. Why does the lollipop that Harry takes from Neville not disappear with the cloak? Unless he was grabbing it through the cloak..
  9. No one is that good at throwing snowballs - so my question is, how does Harry hit them all so easily - also not leave any prints in the snow.
  10. I find it strange that the minister of magic would quite openly talk about something like the murder of a child out loud in the street. Is magical governments as incapable as real ones?
  11. The Shrieking Shack is the 'most haunted place in Britain,' I can only assume ghosts - isn't that normal for the wizarding world?
  12. So the patronus charm works on the boggart, does it therefore taking on physical and magical properties of the feared thing?
  13. If the Divination teacher trips out, why is she teaching kids?
  14. Is no one going to say anything about Hagrid's hut clearly moving? As well as the grounds? I think this is mainly due to a change in director but.. Yeah.
  15. Surely they know the Womping Willow was on a shortcut when it got moved? Why not leave this open assuming there is an alleged mass murderer on the loose..
  16. A magical map lying? Magic doesn't lie, much like hips.
  17. How on Earth is Ron going to explain loosing Scabbers?
  18. I know this is technically spoilers, but in the next film, Sirius is naked after transforming from a dob to human - doesn't happen in this film because?..
  19. Why exactly no one used a time turner to kill Voldemort? And wasn't it quite lucky they where they went back to, 19:30 the medical room, there was no one there?
  20. Am I the only one who finds it weird that they have magic available but were going to kill Buckbeak by cutting his head off?
  21. Least convincing wolf howl ever?
  22. Seem like Dumbledor knew this was going to happen all along, is that why he gave them so little go on?
  23. Hermione is the smartest person in the place, yet she doesn't understand the idea of a paradox? Nope. Nope, no no.
  24. If one person is honoured by a Hippogriffe, does anyone with him get that honour also? We never saw Hermione or Sirius bow to Buckbeak.
  25. So, the first scene where everyone is walking up to the Gryffindor common room, I saw this.

Would someone like to explain why there is a picture of Voldemort? I mean what the hell?

I would however, like to compliment J K Rowling on her use of the boot strap paradox. People who have been reading for a while may remember me talking about different paradox's before. Boot strap is when the time traveller gives the information to themselves with there being no real start point for the information to be presented.. It just happens. It is marvellous.

Blog you later!
